The Bayata Partnership Model

  • High-Ticket Commissions: We offer aggressive, uncapped commission structures. Whether it's a high-volume SaaS subscription (TimeSet) or a large-scale Enterprise license (CS ERP), your earnings reflect the value of the deal.
  • Global Reach: No territory locking. Use your network across Europe and the Middle East to close deals where you have the strongest relationships.
  • Transparent Payouts: All transactions are processed via Stripe/Mollie. As soon as the client pays their invoice, your commission is triggered. No waiting for quarterly "bonus cycles."
  • Marketing & Tech Support: We provide the demo environments, whitepapers, and technical "back-office" support. You open the doors and close the contracts; we handle the implementation.

The Sales Agent Agreement (Structure)

Simple but firm on IP and payouts. This is the skeleton of your contract.

Relationship & Scope

  • Independent Contractor: Explicitly states the agent is NOT an employee. They pay their own taxes and insurance.
  • Non-Exclusive: The agent can sell other non-competing things, but they cannot sell for a direct competitor.
  • Territory: Defines "Global" (Europe and Middle East focus) via digital channels.

The "Money" (Commission & Payouts)

  • The Trigger: Commission is only earned when full payment is received from the client via Stripe/Mollie/Bank.
  • The Split: Clearly define the % for New Sales (e.g. 20% of the first year) and Renewals (e.g. 5–10% as long as the agent manages the account).
  • Clawbacks: If a client gets a refund within 30 days, the commission is deducted from the next payout.

Intellectual Property & Conduct

  • Brand Protection: Agents must use Bayata-approved logos and decks. They cannot make "custom" promises the software can't do.
  • Confidentiality: Strict NDA regarding the inner workings of the software and client lists.

Lead Registration & Ownership

  • The "First to Log" Rule: To avoid poaching, agents must register a lead in your system. The first agent to register owns that lead for 60–90 days.
  • Termination: Either party can end the deal with 30 days' notice. Unpaid commissions for closed deals are still paid out.
